Our hands and feet never take a day off so we must take care of them. Slotting a pedicure into our weekly or monthly routine is like a fast track ticket to smooth and fresh feet. Constantly, students, job holders and mothers got no time to pamper themselves by going to parlors because of their own responsibilities. Hence, to make your life easier, this super easy pedicure at home method, is to help you take care of your feet which you can do right at the end of the day within a short span of time.

Now follow it right away!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Yogurt – 1tbsp
  • Rice flour – 1tbsp
  • Oats flour/ grinded oats – 1tbsp
  • Gram flour – 1tbsp
  • Baking soda – 1tbsp
  • Honey – 1tbsp
  • Skin care pack
  • Body lotion (any)
  • Vitamin E capsule
  • Tomato
  • Lemon

Scrub Preparation

In a cup, take 1 tbsp of rice flour, 1 tbsp of oats flour, 1 tbsp of gram flour, 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of milk. Give it a good mix and your scrub is ready!

Pack Preparation

Take 2 tbsp. of pack and 2 tbsp. on yogurt in a cup. Mix it well now. Here, I am using Amlaki Pearl Brightening Pack which is suitable for all skin types, I love this pack! Pearl Brightening Pack is specially crafted to help you with the blemishes on the skin, leaving you with healthy, radiant skin that breathes free! You can find the product here.

Now! Let’s get started!

Step 1: Take a bowl and pour lukewarm water, baking soda and milk. Soak your feet in the bowl for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Use a callus remover around your heels and hard areas of your feet. It helps to remove all dead skins around our heels.

Step 3: Exfoliation is a very important process which helps to remove your dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. Exfoliation makes your skin feel super soft! Now, we will exfoliate our feet with the scrub we have made earlier. After exfoliating well, we will soak our feet in the bowl and use a brush to wash off the scrub.

Step 4: Take a slice of lemon to rub over the nails and a slice of tomato to rub all over the feet and dry off our feet with a clean towel. Lemon helps to brighten our nails and remove stains. Tomato helps to heal your sunburns and soothe your skin.

Yay! It is time to apply the pack and relax for 10 minutes.

Step 5: Wash off your pack and apply Vitamin E capsule on your nails and cuticles with cotton bird. Btw Vitamin E helps to prevent cracked and peeling cuticles and yellowing nails, also dry skin around the nail bed.

Step 6: It is time to moisturize your feet because you never want to forget to moisturize your skin after exfoliating or using any pack. Mix body lotion and coconut oil and apply it to the feet. It is always better to use organic coconut oil and Ribana’s organic coconut oil is one of my favorites. You can use it anywhere in your body and it is also very good for hair. You can find the product here.

Step 7: This is the last step. Polishing your nails. Is it not everyone’s favorite step to do? Paint your nails with your favorite colors. I’ve used Inglot’s breathable Nail Enamel. You can also buffer your nails if you do not want to paint your nails.

Ta-da, you’re done!! Here you are with your super fresh and soft feet, with beautiful nails and good mood!

  1. I have been browsing online more than 4 hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It’s pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all site
owners and bloggers made good content as you did,
the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.

  2. I?¦ve been exploring for a bit for any high-quality articles or weblog posts on this kind of house. Exploring in Yahoo I eventually stumbled upon this site. Reading this info So I’m happy to show that I have an incredibly just right uncanny feeling I found out exactly what I needed. I so much indubitably will make certain to don?¦t overlook this site and give it a look regularly.
